This is followed by the LeverageForum, a structured activity moderated by an objective, professional third-party who facilitates idea generation.

Output of the LeverageForum's work includes, from an “inside-out” or business-planning perspective, the elements for positioning, testable hypotheses for defining the company's identity, and a clear understanding of information voids.
